Podcasting for Art's Sake: Session 1
In this first series of two sessions, learn how to create an enhanced podcast
still images with audio. Using podcasts to introduce material as well as
showcase artwork is a fun and interesting way to keep students engaged while
allowing for a multi-sensory experience. Teachers can bring their own
still images to work with. Special consideration to explaining the
podcasting process and explaining different ways to use podcasts in a visual
arts environment.
Podcasting for Art's Sake: Session 2
In this session, teachers who have learned how to create enhanced podcast using
digital stills, learn how to incorporate podcasting into their curriculum.
Teachers will discuss and document the different ways podcasts can be used as a
tool to enhance learning and how students can benefit from creating podcast of
their work and that of others. Teachers are encouraged to bring their
course curriculum to brainstorm ways to use podcast in their lessons.
